STEP 1 - SET UP CIT
Catapult Implementation Tracker (CIT) is our centralized coaching success platform, where you can find the specific strategies and trainings needed to accomplish your goals.
Here is a step by step on how to create an account:

2.Create a Username and Password
3.Confirm your Timezone

Create your account and log in as soon as possible.
STEP 2 - CONNECT WITH US ON VOXER
1. Download Voxer on your App Store,
2. Create your free account
3. Connect with us @IntelleTeam
4. Send your first message so we know it’s you!
5. We will add you to the Catapult Crew Community - Feel free to to introduce yourself to the group
STEP 3 - NEED A DOCUMENT REVIEWED BY YOUR COACH?
At some point in your membership, you will probably need to have us review some of your documents i.e. resume, cover letter, executive presentations, etc.

STEP 4 - ADD WEEKLY CALLS TO YOUR CALENDAR
All coaching conversations happen in our Weekly group calls. Click the links below to access dates and times and add to your calendar.
To request Laser Coaching on these calls, you must submit a question using the QUESTION SUBMISSION FORM below.
STEP 5 - BOOK YOUR LIVE ORIENTATION
Our small group Orientation is designed to provide a solid start in the program. Click the link below to schedule yours.

STEP 6 - SET YOUR CATAPULT FOUNDATION
During your first 30 days with us, we strongly encourage you to complete the "Set the Foundation for Your Catapult Course" in CIT.
This will focus on Goal Clarity, Mindset & Confidence, Time & Energy and, Wellness.
You can complete this course first before diving into Career Strategy OR complete in parallel. Completely up to you!
STEP 7 - DECIDE YOUR IMMEDIATE PROMOTION PATH
Inside CIT, you will find an Internal promotion Strategy and External Promotion Strategy. Select whichever applies to you and hit "Begin" when you are ready!
ONLY SELECT "BEGIN" WHEN YOU ARE ACTUALLY READY TO BEGIN. THERE ARE DUE DATES AND REMINDERS ASSOCIATED WITH EACH STEP.
